Design Review Committee

Design Review Committee (DRC) – This Committee is required by the Association’s Declaration of Neighborhood Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Serafina at Tiburon (see Governing Documents). The DRC is responsible for establishing and enforcing, subject to the approval of the Board, design review standards and procedures within Serafina. This includes both architectural and landscaping construction, modification, alterations, repairs and reconstruction. Any requests for alterations to your property, including significant vegetation changes or architectural changes need to be submitted for approval using the Design Review Committee Request form. Submit your completed form to the Serafina Property Manager PRIOR to starting ANY exterior projects. Note that ONLY licensed, insured contractors may be used at Serafina.
